IBPS Clerk CWE VI Notification, Exam Pattern of Prelims & Mains 2016-17

IBPS CWE Clerk VI Examination 2016 Scheduled to be held in November and December 2016. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) Clerks Online Examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre (Clerk) Posts for filling up total 19243 Vacancies in the Participating Organisations. Minimum Graduate Degree Holders are eligible to apply for IBPS Common Written Examination (CWE) Clerk-VI 2016-17, the CWE Clerk 6 online registration start from 22nd August 2016 and Registration close on 12th September 2016.

Age Relaxation: 05 Years for SC / ST and Jammu & Kashmir Residents during the period 1-1-80 to 31-12-89, 03 Years for OBC (NCL), 10 Years for PWD, 09 Years for Widows, divorced women and women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried, For Ex-serviceman and others as per Government Rules.

Educational Qualifications: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from Recognized University by the Govt of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The result should have been declared on or before 12.09.2016.

Language Proficiency: The Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.

Selection Procedure: Preliminary Examination and Main Examination. 
Depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2017-18 based on the business needs of the Participating Banks and as reported to IBPS. The eligible candidates shortlisted based on IBPS Clerk 6 Marks, the shortlisted candidates will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations (Banks) keeping in view the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc. The validity for CWE Clerks-VI will automatically expire at the close of business on 31st March 2018.

Negative Marking:
There will be negative marking for each wrong answer. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted from all score. And for the Unmarked question, there will be no penalty. And Score will be normalized using the equipped centile method. 

IBPS Clerk Exam Cut Off Score:
Each Candidate must get the minimum score in each section with a total of minimum score participants will be qualified for Interview. Cutoff will be decided according to available vacancies in that State.

Application Fee: Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates, Rs. 600 /- for all others. The fee can be made through online mode by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
