Institute of Banking Personnel Selection(IBPS) is an autonomous agency in India which is completely aimed at providing employment to young, talented and self-confident job seekers.

This self-governing institute conduct no. of exams for different posts in Indian nationalized or scheduled banks like IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2017,  IBPS PO exam, IBPS Specialist Officer & more.

For this purpose, IBPS administers several exams for recruitment of aspirants in India’s top most government banking sections. The candidates who aim to achieve IBPS should be well-prepared for virtually all aspects of IBPS Clerk Syllabus (which covers each and every topic which may come in question paper).

IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern

As per the New IBPS Clerk exam Pattern, the exam follows two-tier pattern – Preliminary and Mains. Both the exams are conducted separately and contains different paper pattern. To understand it completely, please check below-

Negative Marking

There will be negative marking for each wrong answer. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted from all score. And for the Unmarked question, there will be no penalty. And Score will be normalized using the equipped centile method. 

IBPS Clerk Exam Cut Off Score

Each Candidate must get the minimum score in each section with a total of minimum score participants will be qualified for Interview. Cutoff will be decided according to available vacancies in that State.
