BOI Zonal Manager committed suicide

BOI,Gandhinagar Zonal Manager committed suicide this early morning.

Nowadays many such incidents happen in banking industries. So, Banking job has become a life risk, very .. unfortunate.

Let the departed soul rest in peace.

In a shocking development a Zonal head of BOI Gandhi Nagar, MR. AKHILESH JALOTA has committed suicide. He was DGM set to retire in Oct. 18 and was upset for being charge sheeted in September for 4 years old case when he was AGM. It's really painful and hard to believe that an executive grade officer, on the verge of superannuation has ended his life by committing sucide.

After 34 years of service, every man desires that he would have a great retirement, not less than that he would want to have a lot of money for that age, he would want to leave his companion with his tearful eyes. He would like to understand the price of the tears of his eyes, and he would want to see that his institution had a high rise and his name. He has sweat his blood in increasing the institution. He moulded himself under an inhuman definition of 24*7. He's just one last wish that a great retirement. But he misses. Does he have to commit suicide? Just think why?? 2 minutes to give comfort to your mind and think why commit suicide even after 34 years of elevator career?

Some indication on the compelling reasons for such action on his part is found in two suicidal notes written & signed by him. He was hounted & resultantly badly hurt by the disciplinary action initiated at the fag end of his career. Apprantly the matter is very old, pertaining to his working as AGM Kolkata few years back & could well have been dealt earlier by the bank. Such late disciplinary action has hounded many of our officers in recent years. It hurts every one, more particularly to sensitive persons, forcing them to take such harsh self destructive decision.

How did he do such a wrong thing? What did she do?? You can't call her weak, you can't say her greedy, her salary is good. His post is good. But he writes in his deathbed ", I can't leave this organization with slander, I've raised it high, and want to see it more high, take care of my family," this things definitely represent it That He was worried not from anyone. He was unhappy that he would leave a job with ārōpō even after he was looted. Instead of being proud, he was the proudest ātmaglāni. He was stuck in this situation despite service and honesty. He was hated by himself, the family bank God friend was the most love but he was unhappy with himself. He chose death instead of living the charges. I definitely can say he would be very honest. Because of the theft of theft in the thief, the thief is capable of tolerance. He can take a rest in jail too. But where does a honest go to where to go, the death seems to be the most easy. He goes to him. Die.

I say always and I will say that the banking is a dead community, which does not care about someone's death, he always thinks what I can do? What should I do for suicide? Not my bank, what should I do? Never think it can be you too. You can also be honest, you can also be the victim of this depression who commits suicide, today many employees of banks are surrounded by melancholy. Personal and office is doing life college. If the man looks at one side, the other side is missed. We do not know how many bank officials will be able to reach the marriages of a relative. To get your work by visiting thousands of kilometers from home, the banker is sometimes a minister of ministers. He humiliates her in the full assembly. In Banks there are some kind of decisions which follow the man. The policy maker itself forgets that the origin of any of their policies is their small employee. He never thought that he came through the same post. He does not understand that the things that have no justification, why should it be?? Why is the uncalled for a banker in banks. Why is he being made a scapegoat. Why is this being so tortured and put into depression. From which he is forced to commit suicide.

You tell me who is not upset in the bank, who is not in depression, who is not afraid of the job, how long is the job?

Who is not affected by depression. Who is not worried, top management from zero is all upset but the zero one says his words but who will listen to the one who is going to the top?
How long will you be worried about how long you will lose and you will swing with the gallows, you will die from the trains, eat poison? When will the last evening be, when will it be? When will you wake up?

Know the strength of the human being in the mental furnace of a shining factory in the outside of the well-looking factory, protest against injustice, resist injustice, resist every wrong policy, against which bank and you harm you. Which challenge you to be. Oppose every wrong policy that challenges your existence. You don't need any numbers. You walk alone. Fight and die by doing something, go ahead for the good of your colleagues. Resist.
