  2. Actually all the PSU employees who have retired from 01/012016 should get the benefit of Gratuity as per Central Government employees as all are covered under the Gratuity Act 1972. We are all unhappy about period of two years was taken to amend such an important act. 5 to 6 lacs does matter. We have slogged since 1980s in the Bank from manual to Bank master to CBS. It is our right.. please represent for us strongly

  5. UNION SHOWING ITS PLEASURE OVER NOTIFICATION OF GRATUITY WITH PROSPECTIVE EFFECT FROM 29.03.2018.UNION HAS FAILED TO GIVE JUSTICE TI BANK RETIREES FROM 01.01.2016.EVEN TILL DATE UNION HAS NOT PLEADED FOR RENOTIFICATION OF GRAT.EFFECTIVE DATE wef 01.01.2016.THIS STEOMOTHERLY TREATMENT WITH BANK RETIREES BY THE UNION IS VERY IRONIC AND PAINSTAKING.I WOULD REQUEST AIBEA IN PARTICULAR AND UFBU IN GENERAL TO REPRESENT AND STRONGLY PLEAD FOR AMENDMENT AND RENOTIFICATION OF ENHANCED GRATUITY DATE FROM 01.01.2016 IN THE BEST INTEREST OF BANK RETIREES FROM 01.01.2016.

  6. It is really shocking that employees union of Bank in particular and UFBU in general have not taking any initiative to press upon Government of India to compel them to make the effective date of enhanced gratuity from 01/01/2016 instead of 29/03/2018 for the employees and officers of all public sector undertakings. This is our legitimate demand and request our respected leadership to take necessary steps to make sure to get the benefit gratuity with retrospective effect. With revolutionary greetings.
